We believe children are unique individuals that if provided with unique opportunities and experiences that are guided by intentional teaching practices it will allow children to ‘explore, discover and grow’. This allows children to acquire skills, knowledge, attitudes and sensitivities that allow them to make the most of their full potential. As an early childhood service we acknowledge and embrace the Early Years Framework. The learning outcomes are embedded within our programs and learning journals and are a part of our everyday practice. We affirm our commitment as educators to on-going learning and continuous improvement thru active participation. We are passionate in the childcare industry and as such believe in hiring staff that have the same level of commitment and enthusiasm for childcare and education in early childhood.

As educators we provide information to families, volunteers and the community about the National Quality Framework. We believe natural and constructed learning environments are key in both inside and outdoors as vehicles for learning and opportunities for teaching.
